"Stayed at this hotel previously, slight distance away from Krakow but wasn’t an issue as we were visiting Auschwitz by vehicle. The hotel has a small pool which gets busy due to the size of hotel and the changing area is very small (Ideally get changed in room and go to the pool in a towel). "Property is recently refurbished to a good standard, I was in a single room but it had a double bed and was spacious. The staff are very helpful and polite. Checkout is 11am and you can store bags in the luggage room on your last day. You get a card so you can access the building late at night. There is some road noise as it’s in the middle of a city but it was no problem for me I slept fine, they do have free earplugs in reception if you need them. "Great accommodation. Really clean. Good location. About a 15 min walk to old town but tram stop just round the corner that takes you straight to the edge of the old town. Nice and quiet. Definitely recommend. Communication great as well and really helpful. Will stay there again."

"The cleanliness in the room was shocking. Primarily the bed linen, they use grey fluffy blankets as a mattress protector. There was black fluff, bits of crisps, stained linen, brown marks on the blankets. It smelt like damp in the whole room. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything from next door and hallways. Never again ! "
