"I had to book here last minute when I couldn't get into my usual hotel in Vienna. This wouldn't have been my choice for an "authentic" Austrian experience. In fact, it's straight out of Reagan Era America and not aging well. But the room was clean, food was good, safe was fabulous! GREAT people work there."

The hotel is luxurious (not what I was looking for, but you get used to it :)), and customer service was excellent: helpful, multilingual staff."
