"A pleasant environment but needing a bit of extra oversight from management to improve attention to general housekeeping and service in certain areas. A new manager has just arrived who we believe will look to address these issues. Took feedback on board and keen to remedy. In a good location though. The Japanese restaurant on the penultimate floor is very good quality (albeit is independent to the hotel so take payment card)."

The Pullman is currently under renovation, which it sorely needs as its age is showing in the west and year of its rooms. Once the renovations are done, the hotel will be more pleasant."

Staff are very helpful and the concierge was able to find tours for a solo traveller without having to pay for 2 people. I stayed in one of the older, cheaper rooms and the bathrooms are in need of renovation however it was still clean and everything worked well. "

"Initially my wife and I had a room that the A/C was a bit old and the room was hot but the staff were fast to fix the problem and our stay was amazing after that. The breakfast buffet doesn't have tons of options but they have the essentials and it was quite tasty. We particularly enjoyed how close it was to the cultural visit which was one of the options for picking this spot, only a 10 min walk from the hotel.
