Ruined last night"

"I loved staying here. It was the perfect hotel for my dad’s birthday. It was so comfortable, clean and so quiet! I have never stayed in a hotel where it was so quiet and I slept amazingly. The staff are amazing, they were so helpful and kind. They were able to give us excellent suggestions for what we could do during our stay. If you can stay here I highly recommend it. It’s conveniently located and a 10 minute walk from the town square. Can’t wait to stay with you again! "

"From check-in to check-out, it was excellent. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. They assisted in getting us familiar with Old Town Krakow, assisted with taxi rides and even helped us book a bus ride to Novy Sacz. The bartender was very friendly and made great evening cocktails. The room was spacious and clean. The entire hotel was very clean and well maintained. The location couldn’t have been better. We would definitely stay here again. And would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting...

"Hotel is in a great area for access to all the beautiful sights of the city which is beautiful. Room was lovely and luxurious but I was disappointed as there was no bar or communal area in the hotel apart from the restaurant The reception is small and access is immediately up the staircase or lift. It felt as though the hotel had been split off somehow. It did not impede on our trip as Krakow is so picturesque. "

"Extremely nice property if you like cleanliness and luxury in a very quiet setting. Good food, great wine, great service. Only drawback it is not in the center but not a problem once you figure out the outstanding Krakow public transport. It will cost you 4 zlotys to get to the center in 10 minutes. "
