"This property should never have even a one star rating. The only redeeming feature was the pool which took up the whole inner courtyard except a path to rooms. The room we had was unsafe. The door did not shut unless it was locked with a key so we had to lock ourselves in with a deadbolt. One key meant that if a person left while the other was sleeping you couldn’t close the door or you were locking the other person in with no egress option. "could not check in until 7pm we had no water most of the time of our stay (except 15 minutes at midnight and 10 minutes in the morning) there was only one employee who spoke a little English, but he was a foreigner himself an didn't speak Portuguese.... "
