"Easily one of the best hotels I have ever had the pleasure to stay at. Impeccable service and standards. We stayed at three hotels in Kolkata for our trip and this was the clear winner for us. The staff were very helpful and courteous and made us feel very welcome. Everyone from the concierge, house keeping, fnb services and the Taj club were so welcoming and accommodating. A shout out to Bimal, Kishan, Rajesh and the team we met in the Taj Club for their impeccable hospitality. There was a particular lady from the Taj Club that really stood out from the rest but unfortunately we didn't get her name. Defintiely would stay here again! "

I also loved the fact that they have a unique green initiative – using energy-efficient lighting and offering refillable water stations throughout the property, which really reflects their commitment to sustainability.
