Our baggage did not arrive with our flight, our interaction with Shankar Chakraborty was very reassuring. He patiently guided us thru the process of left luggage in case we checked out before the airline could deliver the baggages. Our sincere thanks to each and every staff member who made our stay comfortable at the hotel. We will certainly be back again when visiting Kolkata."
