"It was a good place to stay - Large room and accomodationg staff. It was for a stop over so did not use the hotel for full potentia. Had breakfast at the restaurant and definitelt differewnt than Canadian standards but we are in a different country to when in Rome."

All the ladies I had the opportunity to speak to at the reception were very friendly,polite I felt really welcomed, they asked me to make myself comfortable and if I needed anything, I should not hesitate to talk to them. On our second night I needed help because I had not bought milk for my 3-year-old daughter and they asked me to go to the restaurant...

"Amazing location. Great facilities which included a game room with free use of pool tables, table tennis and ping pong. Pool and sauna also. Nice lobby area with a bar which we did not use but it looked nice. Cleaning staff very friendly when we passed them in the corridors. Only downside was upon check in the receptionist Germán left us mid check in/mid sentence to go help another guest he didn't excuse himself which was quite rude. "

"I was only at the hotel for one night and arrived late. However the receptionist was friendly and said they would open the gym for me at 6am (instead of 7am) as I had to leave early. Breakfast was standard hotel fare with something for most tastes. The scrambled eggs were overdone but everything else was good. Coffee was a bit weak"
