"It is a prime location: nice quiet beach, breakfast right on the beach with stunning view, receptionists outstanding, restaurant staffs a bit reserved perhaps due to their English, breakfast food is good and suitable for long stays. One receptionist let me use her phone to call Canada. Supposedly there are lizards making cracking noise in the walls. Overall a nice hotel."

"Hotel was far from the main city, so a lot of the tours do not pick up. We booked the Bana Hills tour from the hotel and had to pay extra for pick up. We had to get Grab to go into town, which was fine because it was cheap. We booked the Grand Suite and it was magnificent. Loved the ocean view and wrap around balcony to the city view. Our room had both views. The staff is very nice always willing to help if needed. Breakfast buffet was huge, from Asian to western choices. You won't be starving when you leave. Would I stay in room again?? FOR SURE!! You can't beat the view, even if it means I have to get a Grab to go into town. "

"We had a great time at Ocean Suites. It was a very calm location, great for families and groups that want more space. The location was perfect for us because it was in between Da Nang and Hoi An, and we were able to visit both multiples using Grab. Vince, Lily, and Lisa were super attentive and responsive on WhatsApp. Whether we needed to coordinate a day trip, request breakfast, or just had simple questions, they were there for us. We would totally return!"

"Beautiful resort and very attentive staff. We enjoyed daily breakfast which had so many offerings, it was hard to choose. The spa was also delightful. The Infiniti pool was unique. I’d highly recommend this resort. "
