"I booked 2 rooms for my family of 3 and they held $300 which then was unavailable for our 4 day stay. I think for the amenities available it was a ridiculous amount and put a strain on our Christmas visit. I think it should have been more in line with other hotels. More like $75-$100. Just know that besides the high amount they charge you will be putting out another $150 per room per night until after the stay. "

"The locations website lists that food is available at the bar until 11:00. I got there a little after 9 and was informed that they only serve until 9. If housekeeping wants to listen to the radio while working could they please check to see that the alarm (for 5:00 AM ) is NOT set. Breakfast just so so. Bacon and fruit bowls sat empty and were not refilled for about 20 min. Otherwise quiet and restful though housekeeping could be a little quieter in the morning."
