"This is a great hotel if you have a morning flight. There is a 10CHF charge for the airport shuttle. The hotel is about a ~10 minute walk from the Rumlang train station. The breakfast is way overpriced at 50CHF."

"Extremely friendly receptionist who didn't bother to go up and down to check whether our rooms were ready and, if not, would like to take our luggage for temporary storage. Hotel itself is nice, quite, and clean. The location is wonderful for tourists to Zurich. "

"Location was great for our 2 night stay in Luzern. 5 min walk from the train station. The breakfast food and staff at Bacio restaurant onsite could be greatly improved. We were asked to move seats at 9am on Sunday so they could set up the afternoon service (brunch was listed to last until 11am). Sadly all the hot food was lukewarm/cold as well. "

"We read views about lack of Air Con but we were not worried as we were staying in Feb when it was colder. The hotel is conveniently located close to 83 and 89 bus stop and number 2 tram. You can get to airport in 20 ish minutes and Zurich HB also within 20 minutws"
