Quality of service in the restaurant was very inconsistent, enthusiasm of the friendly staff could not compensate for lack of training and poor service management. "The hotel is an amazing oasis. The food and service was beyond. A quick relaxing drive from the airport and downtown Chaing Mai. The staff was so quick to respond to any request and so accommodating! It was a perfect escape from the city. The ONLY place to stay when visiting Chaing Mai. Will definitely be back. "
