Egemen at the reception went above and beyond by meeting us upon arrival, helping with our luggage, and ensuring a seamless check-in process. As someone who travels frequently, I can confidently say their check-in and check-out processes are the best I’ve ever encountered. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the food was outstanding—all made from fresh, local Turkish produce, which was a delight to experience. The hotel seems to cater more towards locals, which was perfect for us as Turkish speakers. The spa and thermal water facilities were absolutely fantastic—I left feeling like a million dollars after just a one-day stay!
