Hacer from the hamam was absolutely amazing—she made the entire spa experience so relaxing and rejuvenating. Egemen at the reception went above and beyond by meeting us upon arrival, helping with our luggage, and ensuring a seamless check-in process. As someone who travels frequently, I can confidently say their check-in and check-out processes are the best I’ve ever encountered. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the food was outstanding—all made from fresh, local Turkish produce, which was a delight to experience. The hotel seems to cater more towards locals, which was perfect for us as Turkish speakers. The spa and thermal water facilities were absolutely fantastic—I left feeling like a million dollars after just a one-day stay! I highly recommend İkbal Hotel for anyone seeking a peaceful, authentic, and luxurious getaway in Afyonkarahisar. Can’t wait to return!"

"First of all this is not a hotel. It is a very badly kept time sharing mega complex. Stray dogs all around, barking all night. There is no air conditioner in the rooms. It was a very hot week, room temperature was unbearable. Service non existence. Food poor. Buildingand surroundings need fixing and cleaning. Pools, halls, buildings has nothing to do with web pictures. It would get 2 star billing as a motel. "

"We stayed for one night on our way to Antalya, apartment was really big and the hot tub was a nice experience. The bathroom needs some repairing but in all we enjoyed our stay. The staff were nice and polite. "

"The spa was fabulous! Yasmine is excellent… cheerful, efficient and great at giving treatments!!! Solemon at the front desk was a lifesaver for me. No one spoke English and I couldn’t book a bus online with a US credit card so he made the res snd paid for it with his credit card and Zi reimbursed him. Google translate and good hand signals a must uf you don’t speak Turkish but the thermal bath in the room and the peacefulness of the area mskes this spot an exceptional find!"
