"In our 2-night stay we had no contact with anyone else at the hotel, but could hear othwr guests a little from our room. Check-in was easy with guidance sent in advance, and the room was cleaned well during the day. The accomodation was clean and comfortable, although the common areas were unlit during the day so quite dark. A small amount of shampoo and shower gel was provided, and the room had a kettle. Swimming pool was nice but changing rooms and toilets needed cleaning very dirty and run down. Food was very dissapointing and restaurant washy even open on the Tuesday night so had to find somewhere to eat. Breakfast was poor 13.95 for a full english and left a lot to desire for portion size and taste. Had some cheesy chips for lunch that were undercooked and tasteless....

St Andrew's church was completely rebuilt in 1859 by the architect Robert Kerr and it is one of the finest 19th century churches in East Anglia. It stands on the site of a round-tower church which had fallen into ruin. With the exception of the minaret-like tower which is offset on the north and built of stone, the building material used was flint. The interior is entirely 19th century also, most of the stained glass windows are by Hardman & Co. This church is kept open every day.
