So many Cretan savory and sweet food that we might not have had if it weren’t for this breakfast buffet. Every staff member that we met was friendly and helpful. "The room was very basic for a 5 store hotel. Basic bed and with only two pillows. Air conditioning was not working - the door was closed appropriately in order for it to turn on, but it was warm. We told reception but nothing was done. We stayed in a room with a private pool which was nice, although the water was freezing cold (and we went in late August). Definitely recommend a heated pool. We had a half board - the food was great. We didn’t have a chance to use the amenities."

That room (612) should not be given to guests! The hotel is not a five star, especially when compared to the standard you get in the far / middle east, US, and other parts of Europe.
