"The staff and service are impeccable. The bar is a wonderland which is second to the sitting room that has glorious dark wood and dim lighting. The rooms are exceptionally clean and the turndown service offers delicious sweet. I was greeted at the front desk with an offer of champagne . That just let me know that this is an exceptional boutique hotel. Security and bell service lets you know that you are entering a 5 star hotel when you first arrive. "We had a great stay for nearly a week and thought it was great value. The room was very comfortable and we enjoyed both the rooftop pool and included breakfast. Buenos Aires is very spread out - so on the one hand this hotel is central to everything but also not super close to much. It was walkable but we found most things we wanted to see as first timers to the city were about 30-40mins walk away. We didn’t try the subway but ride-share was very cheap so it didn’t pose an issue. "

"The rooms were old and dated, bathroom with cement on the walls. Overall the feeling was of an old apartment upgraded with low funding. Location is good, dining around on, but for 200 USD a night you can find real hotel with much better valued for money. I suspected that and I chose it only because most of the typical hotels were fully booked on my stay."
