"Stayed here solely to be able to walk to Terminal 5 for an early morning flight. This would have been a higher rating if the heating had been working and the room been warmer. I ended up having to move room and even though a member of staff helped, the new room was quite a way a way and took me a while to do."

"Beautiful hotel with amazing grounds, huge room and lots of luxurious touches. The beds were comfortable and the big round bath was something else. Food was excellent and the staff were friendly and professional. The only negatives were when the corporate side of things disturbed the other guests - the braying sales teams taking over the breakfast room with their luggage wasn't ideal, nor the loud wedding planning meeting while we were relaxing in the residents’ lounge. "I booked for Christmas to be close to a sick relative and was pleasantly surprised by how great the communication was before arrival. They offered me a complimentary upgrade which was overly appreciated! On arrival, check in was easy - there is 24 hour security. Lovely property, clean big rooms and had everything could need. Much preferred over a hotel. My only issue was the location of Kilburn isn’t great however it does have great tube access to central. "

"Front Desk staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and spacious and came with some basics in the kitchen area. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean, light, had plenty of space and a good shower. Staff were ever present and always opening doors, helping with luggage etc. "

"This is such a quaint place. our room was wonderful. The manager let us store our luggage in her office so we didn't have to lug it all up the stairs. The food at the pub was great! Would definately stay there again. "

"This is a wonderful apartment for a get-away in Windsor. On the doorstep of Windsor castle. Adjacent to a walking path to Alexandra Gardens. Great location with lots of food and grocery options. The communication from Chris was excellent and his instructions made getting checked in a breeze."

"The apartment itself was very well appointed and exactly as advertised. The elevator in the building was out of order as such it was quite exhausting carrying all the luggage to the top floor. The parking is convenient but quite tight."

"We had a short break at Stoke Park and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It is a very special place and the grounds are fantastic. A highlight was the swimming pool which was very warm, we'll maintained and beautiful with lots of natural light and a big fish tank at the back.
