"Excellent price for a hotel so close to Heathrow. Couldn’t have asked for more really. Some of the staff were a little more unfriendly than you would expect but the hotel was lovely, just a shame the person who checked us in hadn’t been on his phone and talking to a colleague about something else at the same time. "

"This is a lovely airport hotel, well designed, quiet and ticks all the boxes for a stay pre or post your trip. I had a pleasant dinner however the bar food service was a little hit and miss - I had to jump up twice to go and get things from the entrance desk. There was no explanation of how things worked, if someone came to take order or if you ordered at the bar, basic thing really. "Service was world class. Heating and hot water wasn't working properly first night and I had noisy neighbour upstairs the first of two nights who turned his TV up to max volume until 3-4am, but when I told reception the next day, they offered to call heating engineer immediately (I said an extra duvet would be sufficient) and if I had noisy neighbour again, reception told me that they'd send a security guard to ask my neighbour to turn down the TV to a reasonable level. Very nice stay apart...
