"Excellent hotel. Clean, large bedrooms and bathrooms. Not a long of amnesties. Gym open 9am-9pm which is not very convenient. Only two coffees in the room and not a selections for much else. It is an issue for travellers with jet lag. "

"The hotel is older and very crowded, a lot of tour groups stay here. The train can be heard at all hours, it is not a quiet place to stay. The staff is friendly and accommodating, however it is noisy."

"The Mandarin Hotel is always a good choice, but there were a few missteps with the in room dining and housekeeping service, which was disappointing, given the reputation of this hotel. On the positive side, the rooms were spacious and well appointed, and the staff very helpful and courteous. The location is ideal as it is close to shopping and the old town for sightseeing."
