"We got a family connecting room. One of the rooms was constantly blowing hot air and there was no way to reduce the temperature. The elevator was tiny - I have not seen such a tiny elevator. Otherwise staff were really nice and helpful. The hotel was overall nice. "

"The hotel is a five minute walk from the train station and 5 minutes from the Duomo. 10 minutes from the river. Excellent for a girls trip. The hotel location and amenities made the trip easy. Staff are very helpful for getting your bearings. Basic laundry is a little expensive if you are trying to stick to one carryon and hope to do some shopping."

"The hotel Como Castelo Del Nero is a beautiful property. However, for this resort to feel more comfortable and welcoming as resort it will require a few changes: The rooms are to bright. The lights system are designed for business only. There are not one single dimmer in the entire room or bathroom. Secondly important thing are the steps to access the bathroom. Definitely is not recommended for elderly people. Another thing, there are no place for a makeup station. The heritage room is too...
