"Arrived on train and the hotel gave us our room 8am and did late check out 2pm. Breakfast great, loved the omelettes with flaffels. Dinner great value outside on decking overlooking Nile. Samir operates the taxis opposite hotel, 1250 for Valley of kings trip. 600 to airport. Room with view of Nile worth it just for the amazing sunsets. "

"We booked the Royal Lily through Hotels.com rather than as part of a wider tour. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. I would strongly recommend travelling with Movenpick if you are visiting Egypt independently rather than as part of a tour.
