"This is a nice hotel. Staff were friendly, patient, knowledgeable, helpful and attentive. Every staff member that I interactacted with are multilingual...Very impressive. For your convenience there is a grocery store and pharmacy less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The tram is also about a 2 minute walk from the hotel. My room had a sink with a slow drain. "This hotel was in a convenient location for my meetings. However, the actual hotel building is quite old. Check In was extremely slow - it took me a full 30 minutes from arriving at Reception to getting my room key. - there were only 2 people in front of me and there were no problems.
