"Excellent hotel very close to the shopping centre, the staff were amazing very helpful and friendly, it was a beautiful hotel and spotlessly clean, we couldnt find fault with anyrhing will definatly be coming back."

"I enjoyed my brief stay at St Mellion’s. The staff were welcoming and the hotel was clean and tastefully decorated for the festive period. The bed was huge and the bathroom had plenty of towels and handwash/shower gel etc. Although there weren’t many gluten free options on the restaurant menu, the staff were helpful and made me a GF steak and chips which was perfectly cooked. The cooked breakfast was all GF and a very generous portion. I would definitely stay again. "

"Front desk were helpful and friendly. We paid for a superior double. The room was really drab and had strange twin headboards mounted on the wall that didn’t sit over the bed. When we complained we were moved to a better room promptly. The hotel is def outdated and a bit rundown but the staff were pleasant and the room was clean. The plug socket blew out and killed our phone charger. We probably wouldn’t stay again. "

"Our stay at this hotel was lovely. There were a few issues with our bath and window but the staff arranged for an alternative room to be made available for us. Both rooms were very well appointed. The weather outside was poor but the reception rooms in the hotel were decorated beautifully and kept warm with lively open fires and we enjoyed refreshing drinks and tasty snacks. "Stayed for 2 nights with my 10 year old daughter and nearly 80 year old mother and both felt catered for and had a lot of fun. The food was excellent, however waiting staff in the evening were a little slow. The activities and facilities are vast. We were fortunate to have Liam as our Activity lead and he was absolutely brilliant. Patient, funny, spoke to each age group with the right level of explanations and despite no one knowing each other in each class, by the end we were all championing...
