"This was my husband and is favorite hotel stay out of all the places we stayed in Thailand on our honeymoon. The staff was unbelievably attentive, helpful and welcoming. The property is beautiful. If you’re thinking about getting one of the pool suites just do it! It was so worth it. They’re heated and make for the perfect relaxation activity after long days of exploring Chiang Mai. The location is excellent. So walkable to many restaurants, spas, etc. "

The cleanliness of the sheets could to better (see photos of the mattress Skirt or the napkin in the room) but I can’t say it bothered me enough to ask to replace it.
