"I liked the location of the property, easily accessible within Colombo, the rooms were nicely decoratored & furnished. The hotel felt safe. The room service was excellent. The breakfast buffet had great options. The lunch buffet was good too. The staff were very polite & helpful. The only negative would be cleanliness. We stayed for 11 nights & it didn't feel like the rooms were vacuumed regularly, nor given a thorough clean during our stay. The corridors didn't look like they were vacuumed...

Drinks were also served during check-in... Rooms are overall clean ... Except for some stains on the mattress... Covered with the protector so not much of an issue...
