"Never have we experienced such happy staff,always outgoing, smiling, their goal is to make everyone feel special. This is our 2nd time at the Conrad Bali and will not be our last. We arrived with zero luggage thanks to the airline and the Bell captain would not rest until our luggage was delivered the next day. The entire staff are so happy, warm and welcoming. "Absolutely beautiful property with huge lush gardens, nicely appointed rooms, very quiet and hospitable. Staff is smiling, polite, always ready to assist and very efficient.. the hotel and its sister hotel Andaz have fantastic food to offer from Indonesian (Omang Omang which also hosted the delicious and huge buffet breakfast) to Italian ( pizzaria) to fresh seafood (The fisherman’s club @ Andaz). NYE event was a blast. Can’t name all the staff individually but they all participated to make our stay memorable..we however need to mention Eka a great spa therapist!"
