"This is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at. The staff is absolutely amazing, special mention to the breakfast ladies. The hotel and spa are amazing. Breakfast was fantastic and the location was also excellent for exploring Porto."

"The rooms are extremely outdated and certainly not 5-star. The room carpets were stained and dirty, sheets were ripped/had holes in them, and furniture/paint was chipped. I had two rooms booked in our reservation and we were treated very differently. We booked at the spa, one of us was sent to the actual spa (where there is aqua therapy), and the other was brought into the gym locker room. Heavy construction outside also makes for an unpleasant stay. "

"The hotel was quiet and well decorated. The Porto wine at check in is such a great detail. Bedroom was comfortable, loved the toiletries! Had the chance to use the gym, pool and sauna and everything was in great condition being the pool of a very good size. "

What really sets this hotel apart is the staff. They could not have been more welcoming, helpful, kind and fun. We are definitely planning on returning!"
