"My Check was not as welcoming as I expected but a gentleman by the name of Armory who also worked at the front desk stepped in and made the entire process SUPER. They did not have a wheelchair accessible room available but Armory was able to check me in and make arrangements for me to be transferred to a fully accessible room the following day. "I had a wonderful time, they brought to my service immediately. Within minutes I had all requests, it is a 10-15 minute drive to eiffel tower and Arc. There is no traffic there so amazing compared to other hotels with so many cars running through. Definitely worth staying, I got the duplex room which was big and spacious. "
