"I booked a Luxury Double Room but was given a Multi double room. The multi double room is old and unwelcoming. I had to approach the unfriendly lady receptionist to confirm my booking. After checking she reassigned my room to the 25th floor, which is the luxury double room. Need to remind receptionist that I had breakfast included in my room rate.
