"Convenience: Even Hotel is easily accessable from Hong Kong with Eebus stops right at the entrance of the hotel. Staff: All staff we met are all very polite, helpful & hardworking. "房間溫度太高，整晚無法入睡，住宿一晚後，早上向大堂職員反影，職員收到改回冷氣供應，否則提供電風扇使用的要求，並同意安排維修部立刻處理；到晚上約11點回來詢問情況，並回覆已經調整為冷氣供應，事後回房如常啟動冷氣及沐浴，及後發現仍無法調節冷氣，便與大堂再聯絡及安排員工上房處理，最路回覆是無法提供冷氣，只能安排風扇，結果整晚也無法入睡。實在太差體驗！"

"First time stay at this hotel. First impressions are always formed from the exterior followed by a hotel lobby. With Shuanglong Plaza, it's most unimpressive exterior, entrance and then the lobby gives one the unfortunate thought "Oh, oh, what al I getting myself into!". Definitely has gone past it's use by date. Check in/out was however, pleasant. We were given a room on the 9th. floor. Room was very generous, with 2 double beds, bathrobes, nice towels, slippers, TV with only 1 English...
