"Spent a wonderful week in Florence. We had a small glitch at the end of our stay, which was not any fault of the hotel. Due to Florence marathon on Sunday and the 24 rail strike, which started on Saturday night, we had to extend our stay. The staff did everything they could to help us with alternate travel plans."

"I was very well looked after staying at this hotel. The reception staff were lovely and all kindly wished me a happy birthday with a note and cake, it was so sweet and thoughtful. Elena was a wonderful therapist who gave me a perfect massage, while being kind and wishing me a happy birthday also. My room was spotless and breakfast options were endless. Great location too.
