"This is a great hotel close to all activities in Florence. The rooms and bathrooms are quite specious compared to other European hotel rooms. Staff is helpful and provided us with vital information. If you can brave 20 “Italian steps” to reach the elevator of the hotel, then this is an excellent place to stay in Florence. "

"Fantastic location, steps away from the Duomo and other sites. The rooftop terrace was amazing—we sat up there for hours, drinking wine and looking out at the Duomo and Florence lit up at night. Check-in hours are a bit restricted—you need to tell them what time you’ll arrive and you have to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs to reach the lobby.
