"Marco was friendly and explained a lot my first night there. Street is fairly busy during the day, you could use the traffic noise as an alarm clock. Room away from the front might be better. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of pastries. Comfortable bed, and good hot water in the bathroom."

"We enjoyed our stay! We booked 1 room for 4 people (2 adults, 2 teens) but ended up getting 2 rooms. At first we weren't sure but it ended up working out perfectly as the rooms were right next to each other. I loved that the hotel offered complimentary water to fill our bottles. The breakfast was simple, and had everything we needed. If you don't mind some walking, it is a good area to get around to different parts of Florence"
