They helped us book transfers from Rome and to Florence as well as a great wine tour referral. The property is incredible. The website and pictures do not do it justice. "Very special hotel with nice hot spring pools, sauna, etc. The staff is super helpful and the installations nicer than the pictures. Their breakfast (which was included) and food is delicious! Nice place to visit Pienza and Montepulciano. In general we had a very relaxing experience it this hotel and would definitively would like to go back one day. "
