"the Hotel is funky and pretty, with an amazing 5 star breakfast, and a great rooftop bar! They need to work on a few things though. 1. rooms are way too dark, no overhead light 2. We asked for a few things and service was lacking most of the time: asked for a 2nd rack for bags, never recd had an issue with a runny toilet, never fixed. had an issue with worker noise right outside our room ,at 9am a few days Jacuzzi on balcony great, but hard to manage, when I asked for it to be filled one day...

"Everything was perfect in terms of the Hotel and location plus the staff couldn’t do enough to assist us. Will certainly stay again. Only negative but got use to it in the end, no Buffet breakfast and you had to order so if your in a rush, not great. "

"Pretty property but services overstated. None of the staff spoke English. They were unable to process credit cards but didnt tell us that when we checked in. Had to walk all over town looking for ATM to check out. Person in room under us had TV full volume until after midnight. Called front desk they did not address the situation. They seemed understaffed. Restaurant was not great. "
