"Hotel is relatively new. Rooms are pretty spacious. Kept clean. Spa services were great. Breakfast items at the buffet were oftentimes cold, so that should be remedied. But overall, we enjoyed our stay."

We were welcomed by Mr. Hoang who took very personal care of us during our entire stay from recommendations to free upgrades - he connected with WhatsApp from check-in which made everything (big or small) very smooth! Never seen a personal service like this at any other resort before. Room were exceptional quality and above and beyond for a family with small kids. Convenient to Hoi A town (taxi or walk) but still far enough to make you feel living in a resort...
