"From check in to check out, staff are all welcoming and has displayed great hospitality. Lounge staff has always been nice and helpful. Our room was spacious, with premium facilities. We are looking forward to check in again in the near future. The only comment that I can give is that guests are not allowed to access the breakfast buffet when they have booked for a lounge access option. For some other hotels/resort guests have the option to access breakfast buffet guests that have lounge access."

Breakfast buffet, excercise room, outdoor swimming pool is humongous and very clean, rooms are modernized and very spacious, couch, warm shower, sink, coffee and water in room, very quiet and dark when needed to sleep from a 24 hour flight itinerary, air conditioning works fabulous, free shuttle to airport, close to airport, can purchase lunch and dinner.. I would recommend a stay here…. I have no complaints.. "
