"This was one of the cleanest properties I’ve ever stayed at. Brought our toddler. And had a great family time! Everyone is so accommodating. And I know there’s mixed reviews. But maybe they went during a busy period? We went mid to late February and the customer service and response was impeccable. It was our first time in Mexico. Also All-inclusive was worth it. "

"Resort was amazing. Lazy River and pool setup super fun and the kids loved it. Food options excellent. Very impressed by rooms as well. Room service a bit annoying as they would come 3-4x per day and even knock at 9pm to offer room service when we were trying to get our kids down. Rather than respond “please put your “do not disturb” then”, I recommend dialing back to 1-2x daily only during the day. Also, room service nice but repeatedly forgot items, though prompt to fix and come back up....

"Beautiful grounds, amazing animals, and great service by the pool. The dinner at Acre is amazing. The noise however was really loud under our treehouse, a few men were doing construction, so it was disappointing since we were looking forward to a relaxing stay. I was nervous to take an outdoor shower under the men. We moved rooms and it was better but the front staff seemed annoyed with the request."
