"Great experience! Friendly staff, cleanliness, comfy bed! Only downside were the desk’s chargers didn’t work so my usb charge could not use. Also extra bed’s duvet was too heavy and my child 6 years old sweat badly so she needed to move to our bed to sleep together. Still we give 5 stars as we had a happy stay! "

"We booked city view deluxe room, but the room is very small and no place to hang towels or anything in bathroom, and no room to store clothes so pretty much you have to keep all clothes in your suitcase due to no drawers. This hotel needs a remodeling, if you only stay a night or two is okay, for 5 nights or more not so much. All the staff are friendly and helpful. "
