"Stay was amazing. Responding to Hotels.com survey after check in I commented that my room was very noisy as it fronted a street along the canal. Within a short time the duty customer service manager ( Mickey) contacted me and offered me an excellent alternative room on a higher floor that also had double glazing so achieving huge noise reduction. "I liked almost everything about this property. I had two issues. One, the glasses in the bathroom were glass. That is very unsafe because some of the time you are in the bathroom you are barefoot. If the glass fell, and it is not hard to see how that could happen, you would probably cut your foot. Two, the containers of shampoo, conditioner and bath gel in the shower were arranged in a way that it was difficult to get sufficient amounts out of the container, which was a nuisance."
