"Amazing service - great location - dine at Azure at sunset (or cocktails at the Leopard Bar) for an awesome experience. Lulu the courtesy shuttle driver was so friendly and helpful - the shuttle stops every hour at camps bay and V&A Waterfront and makes sure you get picked up at the end of the night. The concierge is also good for organising a driver for excursions. Highly recommended and we will be back "

"We always have a good experience at the Westin but a few things need to be pointed out. This time the room was very dusty. The pillows were terrible. Both pillows were soft and offered no support. The breakfast options - is it possible to maybe include chicken or lamb sausages for those ppl who don’t eat pork or beef? "
