"Fine hotel, with good connections to head for down-town. Easy with busses going from outside the hotel to both Elizabeth line and Piccadilly line. Great if you love watching airplanes, this was really a highlight, and i didn't even expect it. The room was quite a distance from the lifts down a carpeted hallway which would be a bit difficult if in a wheelchair as well as microwave being high(Im mentioning this because it is an accessible room). "The hotel a five minutes' walk from Terminal 4 departures through an enclosed walkway. Since Terminal 5 was built, the location is less busy, and the room pricing is more reasonable. Standards remain high and there is free transport to and from Terminal 4 from the other terminals."
