In between the two main areas of interest and Right next to plaza del Sol. Downs: our first option for the room was to has city views therefore we’ve decided for the room with a balcony but after realizing how small the balcony is we switched to go with the king bedroom with terrace. "From the time of arriving, checkin to getting such a clean and neat Room with VIP drink. The room was spacious, had all amenities, washroom was amazing. Breakfast daily was super nice and fresh. The main Chamartin station is just 3 mins walk from hotel. With just 20 mins direct metro ride to Sol station in city center its worth the stay outside city hassel."

"Fantastic hotel in the heart of Madrid. We loved the breakfast , the pool and the roof top bar. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Our only regret was not staying to see The Christians on our departure day. If you book check who is performing at the theatre!"

"Initially we were in a standard room and it wasn’t even closed to a five stars hotel. Walls were dirty, curtains were ripped apart. We asked to be upgraded, and of course for a significant cost, the new room was outstanding! A completely different experience. Service was great all the time but definitely I would recommend the upgrade level. "
