"The accommodation was fantastic! Second time staying here and would definitely come again. The peacocks that seemed to come to our window every morning were good fun & the kids loved them. There’s only one slight negative which is the pool temperature which I believe isn’t suitable for children…Adults will be fine but the last two times we’ve stayed here the children have never been able to enjoy the pool due to it being too cold. "I like staying in traditional old city centre hotels, this one is superb. Opposite the station, beautiful inside with nice, spotlessly clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Friendly staff make you feel welcome. Great breakfast as well .I definitely would like to return sometime, I arrived by train but there is a car park adjacent too."

"Nice hotel in a good location. Close to plenty of shops and restaurants and not too far to walk into Barry Island. A little bit of tlc needed in the room due to wear and tear which didn’t affect our stay at all. "

"No plugs sockets by the beds in the room I stayed in, room was cold , a heater was already in the room when arrived , Bed are comfy, slept really well . Staff are friendly and helpful. "

"Old fashioned, quaint hotel, fantastic views, run down, don’t do any food or drink. Check out at 10am not helpful when you have to go out for breakfast! Great receptionist, she was very attentive. free jazz night but no bar. "

"This was our second visit to the Mole, we stayed in the hotel, in the manor suite for our anniversary weekend. The room was amazing, private sauna and steam room, separate lounge, more like an apartment. Very Comfy. The resort itself is beautiful and all the staff incredibly friendly and helpful. We have booked a week to go back and try one of the lodges this time with the whole family. "

"A very handy hotel for visiting Swansea or Morriston including the hospital, some 10 to 15 minutes drive away. Clean, reasonably comfortable, heating and hotwater problem was obvious during our stay. Good service, nice food and a large bar/ lounge on site . Free parking with some dog friendly rooms. "
