"The house is lovely, everyone from adults to children enjoyed staying here! The games room and slide was a massive hit with the children and every room was spacious and very clean! "The house and location was just perfect for a family ranging in age from 5 to 66. Plenty of room for everyone. The house has everything you need. We spent Christmas here and didn’t want for anything . Warm, comfortable and homely.Good communication with host. We will definitely be back. "

"Very pleasant converted cow barn. Dog proof patio area but all hard surface no grass. Very friendly owners always willing to assist us old folks. Steep stairs though. Beautiful local countryside to explore."

"Jenny was an excellent host friendly and helpful, the property and accommodation was absolutely perfect. A quiet area but close to everything you need to make an enjoyable experience. The room was spotlessly clean, with a comfortable king size bed. It’s light and airy with a lovely shower. I would recommend a stay at Jenny’s place to anyone looking to explore the area with Barnstaple town close by and the Tarka Trail. Devon is a Beautiful County. Many thanks for a pleasant stay. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rock Pipit Lodge. The accommodation has been really tastefully decorated, has everything you need, and is very comfortable and cosy. The other great features are the art room, utility room and masses of games and puzzles on offer. The grounds are beautiful, too, with amazing views of the surrounding countryside. On our first day we had a lovely walk from the top field to Lee Abbey and the bay, and it is a great base for local attractions such as Woody Bay...

"This cottage had everything we needed and was the prefect base to explore North Devon. Very peaceful location with the owner close by if we had any questions or problems. We had an amazing time and would return again in the future."

"Great property, perfect for families or friends get away. Games room was great. Good value. "

"The house was perfect for our birthday celebrations for our parents. There were 18 of us but there was still so much room. The house is huge! It was a quick walk down to the seafront and a handy Lidli was close by. We enjoyed the hot tub and the views out to sea. Some of the decor is a little tired but didn’t detract from our stay. It had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend!"

"A great place for the 9 of us to come together from across the south of the UK to have a 56th & a 50th Birthday celebration. Bringing two side of the Family together with plenty to do on the local beaches for the surfers, whilst at the same time having something for the elders of the group and all those in between, meant it was the perfect place to stay."

"8 Mums escaping from husbands and kids for a weekend, and we couldnt have stayed in a more perfect home. It's so close to the beach, it was great to be able to go for a sea swim, followed by an outdoor shower and then in to the hot tub. The beds were all comfy, the entire house was clean and the layout so thoughtfully planned. Already considering it for our weekend next year!"
