Decent pool The staff were amazing and truly went above and beyond at all aspects including reception/check in and the dining area, and the room was very spacious and clean. "Everything at this hotel is top notch. Be it food, house keeping, breakfast buffet, spa or anybody who works here. We made several requests during our stay for our baby as well for ourselves and all were fulfilled. From baby bassinet to changing mattress, laundry etc. we were even given a farewell cake on our last day at the hotel.Everyone is courteous and a thorough professional. Highly recommend."

"The staff at the property is very helpful and does make sure you are comfortable. They will go above and beyond in service. Also, they have great buffet for breakfast and dinner. Notable is the morning breakfast when you are jet-lagged and scavenging for food in early morning (6:30am). This property is exceptional and I would definitely like to stay here next time for my visit. "

"Overall the rooms themselves are quite nice, I was upgraded to a residence suite that was nice. I did have a look at the luxury room and it seemed a but muggy and dirty, but the room I was in was really great! The main problem with this hotel is actually the design. It's in a sort of U shape so if you have an inner room, you open the window curtains and you're basically looking into other people's rooms, so there is pretty limited privacy. "Disappointing experience. When checking in, I had asked if our room was ready as per our specific requirements. I was repeatedly told it was ready only to find that it wasn’t when we got to the room. It took over an hour to get this done. We were not advised there was a wedding taking place the day we arrived. The loud music went on till 12:30 am and we had one of the closest rooms to the wedding despite only 15% occupancy. We couldn’t sleep until it all finished which was quite late. We...
