"This is an amazing palace, but it does not live up to either its reputation or high room tariff insofar as the Hyderabadi cuisine at their Indian restaurant. The food was not up to standard and did not have an authentic Hyderabadi taste or flavor! They need to hire a local Hyderabadi chef who knows “gharana food!” The restaurant staff are very courteous and accommodating, but again, the quality of food left much to be desired. "Disappointing experience. When checking in, I had asked if our room was ready as per our specific requirements. I was repeatedly told it was ready only to find that it wasn’t when we got to the room. It took over an hour to get this done. We were not advised there was a wedding taking place the day we arrived. The loud music went on till 12:30 am and we had one of the closest rooms to the wedding despite only 15% occupancy. We couldn’t sleep until it all finished which was quite late. We...
