"I have travels around the world, staying in hostels and home stays to 5 star resorts and everything in between. This is the first time I have left a hotel after just one night. The difference between the pictures on this app and reality was shocking. This hotel is run down, with old rusty tables in the lobby and an abandoned “restaurant”by the pool. The property is overgrown and not kept clean. There are SO many places to stay in Phu Quoc, to fit all budgets and trip types. Do not stay here. "

"We booked and paid for 8 nights in advance but stayed for just 4 nights and found a better place in Grand World. Closer to the beach. The property managers were nice and helpful but not very generous with giving us a refund for the days we didn’t stay. We found the area poor in the choices of restaurants and stores. The restaurants only open after 11am in the mornings, surprising for a tourist oriented area. But that was consistent even in other areas of Phu Quoc. "

"Cali Hill is located in between two major areas, and walkable for both. The room was good with basic amenities, tv, A/C, storage, and coffee for the opening, albeit make sure you get the water heater from the front desk. The best were very hard and thin, so if you are used to a plush mattress that you sink into this isn’t for you. The A/C was very nice and got cold.
