We booked this hotel because of hotel.com platinum privileges VIP access such as breakfast, upgrade, triple one key, but none of the perks was honored by the property. "Liked the location the most and when we arrived we were greed by the local manager as it was their official celebration of the first Hilton Curio in Saudi Arabia. The decorations were beautiful and tastefully done. The staff in general were very professional and helpful."
