We also didn't get the warmest welcome from the front desk and no one offered to carry our bags from the taxi or open the door each time we left and came back, which you would expect from a 5 star hotel. "Taxi is always unable to find the way to the hotel. Hotel restaurant does not open in the evening. Weekends have very few nearby restaurants open. Quite inconvenient other than going to the office buildings in that neighbourhood "
